Data deletion
You can request deletion of your Ezi account and associated personal information. Requests are verified and reviewed to protect workspace owners, team members, and clients from unauthorized deletion.
Effective June 29, 2026
Before requesting deletion
Before submitting a request, we recommend that you:
- cancel any active paid subscription through Manage billing;
- transfer workspace ownership or notify team members if the workspace must continue;
- disconnect Google or Meta and revoke Ezi from the provider's account connections; and
- save any request history or business records you need to retain.
What the request covers
After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account where reasonably possible. This may include account and profile data, stored provider credentials, workspace membership, team invitations, branding, request templates, integration preferences, and client connection information associated with the account or workspace.
Deleting Ezi data does not remove access already granted inside Google or Meta. Revoke provider permissions and remove unwanted managers or partners directly in the provider when applicable.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, consent, dispute, and audit records when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service. Data may also remain temporarily in secured backups until those backups cycle out.
We will respond and complete verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. If a request affects a shared workspace, we may contact you to confirm its scope before deletion.
